Jelqing has become increasingly popular over the past couple of years primarily owing in part to the growing fitness trend. Those exercises combined with Max Performer Pills and you can literally become a sex machine with a long penis.

The jelqing exercise aka jelq, also pronounced as jel-king, happens to be a natural way of enlarging your manhood.

The activity requires the person to squeeze and stroke the penis to force blood into its tip. It is assumed that stretching and pulling help to increase length and girth.

The reason why its called jelqing is not because the practice originated in China as most people like myself assume, though it has roots in the ancient Middle East. In the West, this practice is sometimes referred to as milking because it somewhat resembles milking a cow, but the milk that it may produce isn’t something you’d want to drink!

I found out about the jelqing routine from the internet, and so have many other people. Most of the information we are getting is coming from sex bloggers, spammers and a couple of reliable sources. My goal with this article is to give you as much information about choking your chicken and if it will be helpful in building those dick muscles.

How to perform Jelqing Exercises?

Now before I went ahead and started chocking my chicken, I decided to educate myself about the exercise. The more you read, the better you will be at it. Practice maketh a man perfect!

Interestingly, there are many video demonstrations you can watch or you can just book an appointment with a doctor if you want to take a shortcut, just as I did to learn how to perform it correctly.

While it may look like masturbation, you’re supposed to go a little harder by forming an ‘OK’ sign with your forefinger and thumb. Plus, you need to apply pressure to the penis, while stroking upwards and hopefully, the part will start filling with blood.

How to Jelq – a Step-By-Step Guide

  • The key to good stroking is lubrication: Before you start the exercise apply Vaseline, baby oil, or some other form of mild lubrication. Keep in mind that your penis is highly sensitive and you don’t want to use something that’s harsh on the skin. There are also jelqing specific serum too but its expensive and in my opinion does not make a significant difference.
  • Get an erection: Before you can start stroking and chocking, you need to get to around 75% percent erection. You can do this by stroking it slightly. Keep in mind it shouldn’t be at 100% percent erection because then pushing blood into it will be difficult. It can even rupture something if done incorrectly, and that’s something no man wants!
  • Use the OK Grip: Make an OK sign with your index finger and thumb to form this grip.
  • Start from the base of your penis: Place your grip around the base as close to the pubic bone as possible.
  • Start moving up: Now you’d want to apply slight pressure on the grip while moving it up. Ideally, it shouldn’t hurt, yet still efficiently push blood up to the head of the penis
  • Stop right before the glans: Stop as soon as you reach the glans. So, going from the base to the glans is one jelq. Every jelq is between 2-3 seconds max. Don’t go too slowly or faster than that.
  • Repeat multiple times: Once you’ve done one, form the OK sign again and start from the bottom. Do this multiple

The most effective Jelqing Routine

Below is a chart of the basic jelq routine which is perfect for those who are starting to work on enlarging their penis. Though there are advanced techniques something which we’ll discuss in detail below.

The above-mentioned routine should be done up to 3 times a week for starters. You’d want to reach 5 days a week with 2 days break moving forward. Many people do this more than five days a week, but I haven’t found it optimal.

  • 5 mins of Warmup
  • Then 5 mins of stretching the penis
  • 10 minutes of the basic jelq as listed above
  • 5 minutes of warming down
How to warm up and warm down after jelqing

As with regular exercises warming up and warming down properly is the key to ensure that you don’t encounter injuries. A good warm-up gets the blood flowing through the tissue which reduces breaking and tearing. Plus, its a lot less stressful on your penis. Take your time to warm up the penis for a good 5-10 minutes before jelqing.

If you are not sure how to warm up before a jelq here are a couple of pointers:
  • Use a warm hand towel or a piece of warm cloth on your penis.
  • I’ve personally used a hot water bottle with excellent results.
  • A heating pad will also work
  • Some people have even reported a penis pump being effective. A penis pump has been found to be pretty good as a whole when it comes to increasing size. Though the effects are magnified with a good, regular jelq routine.

How to Jelq with a Jelqing Device

Jelqing is one of the first penis extending exercises that most men will start with, and it is an excellent way to kick off what could be a pretty long journey.

Now there are a couple of different devices like a penis extender that can help you jelq more effectively. There are some extenders or devices that you can wear for hours a day and can be worn under regular clothing like jeans.

Some of these devices are so comfortable that you can even sleep with them on.

However, before you decide on a jelqing device like a jar, extender, etc. make sure to read a few reviews. You’ll always want to buy one that’s soft, comfortable and does not cause long-term issues. The good news is that these devices can improve your size and experience significantly.

Can dry Jelqing be dangerous?

The jelqing we’ve covered so far is with some form of good lubrication. But you don’t need it, a dry jelq is without lube, but it needs to be done carefully.

The process is the same as using the basic jelq steps as above, with the only difference being that you don’t exert as much pressure.

Use a lighter grip to prevent what’s called chafing which is a word that means your penis could become sore.

Jelq Method and advanced Penis Jelqing Variations

The side jelq is one method for fixing a condition called a curved penis. By rubbing against the curve, with a slightly higher level of erection (around 80%), it helps to improve girth and is excellent for people who can bear a little more intense jelqing.

The other penis jelqing method is called the V-Jelq. This particular advanced method puts more pressure on the sides of your shaft, which works an area called the corpus cavernosa. This method requires making a V shape with your index and middle finger, then with the palm facing you jelq upwards.

1-hand jelq is another excellent advanced method for more intense jelqing. As the name implies, you just need one hand to perform the jelq and not alternating hands. Hold the penis firmly from the base and stroke upwards. Keep in mind that if you’re new to jelqing, this isn’t for you.

Mini penis jelqing is another great method for fixing a curved penis. The mini jelqs are to one side which should be the weaker side of the penis. This method helps to fix the corpus cavernosa which starts to straighten the curve.

Are Jelqing Results temporary for as long as you’re doing it?

The good news is that jelqing results, for the most part, are permanent. And for those who are wondering does jelqing work, yes it does!

Whether you use a jelqing device or your hands the results you see will be there to stay. The only difference perhaps in my experience and those of others is that these devices make it more comfortable.

Over the period of time that you jelq, you’re creating new, stronger tissue. That stronger tissue over time continues to increase in strength and your gains improve.

That said once you get to a point where you’re happy with your penis, it’s important to maintain it with jelqing every now and then. Like any exercise, if you stop using the muscle, it soon dissolves over time, and you’re reduced to your puny self again.

Jelqing before and after proof

Now penis jelqing has certainly worked for me and many other men. But I’m too shy to put up my before and after pictures. However, many men are proud of their gains, and so there are many jelqing before and after proof pictures to be found online.

Just Google and you should be able to find a mountain of evidence that it does indeed work. The only thing that you need to remember is that penis jelqing may work sooner for some people and for others it may take longer. It partially depends on your age, health, and genetics.

Is Jelqing safe compared to other Girth Exercises?

Yes! Its safe but you need to follow all the precautions. You need to warm up, warm down, listen to your body and avoid what’s known as overtraining or overdoing it. Though as with any type of exercise you might experience a couple of unwanted effects if you get the technique wrong.

Some of the side effects associated with incorrect jelqing technique include but are not limited to:

  • The donut effect
  • The baseball bat effect
  • Red spots or some sort of discoloration

This effect is known to happen after long and extremely intensive jelqing sessions. The fluid is moved towards the glands where it collects forming a ring which looks like a donut. Uncircumcised men will experience swelling of their foreskin. Though it does subside in a day or so.

As the term suggests, your penis may start looking like a baseball bat. The head becomes bigger than the rest of the penis. The best way to prevent this from happing is to jelq using proper jelq method and technique. Plus, make sure that you are going from the bottom right to the top and not just on the upper shaft.Red spots or some sort of discoloration

Red spots or discoloration around the penis are pretty common.

These are usually because of busted capillaries. The good news is that regardless of how bad it looks, this subsides within 48 hours. But it does indicate jelqing without being properly warmed up.
